After graduating with a Master in Industrial Design from The University of Lund, 2004, Ambjörn went on to work for Thomas Eriksson Architects. This gave him the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of projects with clients such as Scandinavian Airlines, Askul, Hästens, Agnette Bakery, IKEA, Filippa K, Asplund and Stadium.

In 2007 Studio Ambjörn Viking was founded with base in Stockholm. The practice offers design service in the fields of industrial design, furniture and interior design, packaging, graphic design and brand strategy. In 2010 Ambjörn again started to work with Thomas Eriksson Architects and this is currently his occupation.
